Psychological Therapy/Psychotherapy

"The therapist must strive to create a new therapy for each patient.” — Irvin Yalom

I use an integrative approach to therapy that is tailored to your unique individual needs. We are all different and I have a wealth of experience in different approaches and techniques cultivated over my 30 years of practice. Although i have develped a specialisation in somatics, I use other methods to meet the needs of each client.  Whether you prefer a Cognitive Behavioural, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic or Humanistic approach, we can find a way of working together that works for you.

I do both brief time limited therapy as well as ongoing longer term work.

I have experience with a wide range of difficulties including:

  • Trauma
  • Depression
  • Chronic Pain and Illness
  • Eating Issues
  • Bereavement
  • Dissociation
  • Abuse
  • Anxiety
  • Self Esteem
  • Relationship problems
  • Self Harm
  • And more
